Sweet Spring Sweater

From a distance, SweetSpringSweater looks like a classic striped sweater, but when you get up close, you’ll notice that the structures have been played with. The sweater’s stripes are knitted in two different yarn qualities for an even greater visual contrast.
The dark stripes on SweetSpringSweater are knitted in our popular Easy Care, which is a classic wool yarn, and the colored and lighter stripes are knitted in the lightweight Super Kid Silk. The combination of the slightly transparent Super Kid Silk against the dense Easy Care creates a beautiful contrast.
The pattern is a fun project if you like the variation of knitting with different types of yarn. Both yarn qualities are knitted on the same needle size, so you don’t have to change needles along the way.
